The ideal candidate will work alongside the SOus Chef to manage the daily kitchen activities, including overseeing and training staff, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring stock levels.
Will support:
- menu planning
- recipe development
- seasonal specials
- maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Must have a culinary degree/diploma or equivalent professional experience and previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role within a high-volume kitchen
The following non-management positions are also available:
The ideal candidate will lead individual and group fitness sessions, including aerobics, strength training, or other specialized classes. They will also provide personal training sessions tailored to guests' needs and fitness levels,a ND offer fitness assessments, wellness advice, and basic nutrition guidance where applicable.
Will monitor the proper use of gym equipment and provide instructions to guests and collaborate with hotel spa and wellness teams to create holistic instruction/personal training from a recognized body and knowledge of various fitness techniques and trends (e.g. HIIT, yoga, and Pilates).
Previous experience as a fitness instructor, preferably in a hotel, resort or hospitality environment will be ideal.
