- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning A/C units, including ductwork and controls.
- Handle refrigerants according to EPA regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Proven experience as an A/C Technician or HVAC Technician.
- Certification or training in HVAC systems and refrigeration.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and components.

- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role.
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble and install structures and fixtures such as cabinets, doors, and windows.
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other wooden structures.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
