As a Room Technician, your main responsibilities will be:
- Check and ensure rooms are in good condition.
- AC working
- All lights are working
- Balcony door rubber well fixed
- Balcony door working well
- Patio well painted
- All wooden frames free from paint
- Ensure all furniture’s are in good condition
- Ensure TV, DVD, and remotes are functional
- Ensure all cable for TV and DVD are hidden , not to be seen at all
- Check shower , bath and face basin drains for leaks and make sure they are functional
- Ensure shower head is free from scale and flowing properly
- Ensure AC is working at a desired temperature and filters are clean regularly
- Check door locks and lubricate when necessary
- Check and ensure refrigerator is working well
- Re-grout shower if necessary
- 1Ensure shades are fixed properly on lamps
- Check and update new hotel system every hour and at the end of shift and read emails daily
- Compile a daily report on all rooms you were able to check and what was done and what else needs to be done, Development if any
- Ensure all staff are assigned duties until the end of their shift
- Replace all broken tiles on the floor where necessary in the room and hallways

- Knowledge of road code.
- Basic knowledge of mechanics
- Know how to assess technical errors and correct same or recommend.
- Know how to determine the condition of various Equipment
