AC Hotel Kingston is looking for a passionate and energetic candidate to fill the position of: Training Coordinator.
Summary:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the incumbent conducts stand-up training to groups of employees and new hire orientation training including completing all new hire paperwork.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of New Associate orientation schedule and files
- Conduct training sessions where necessary to ensure alignment to Marriott and Corporate Standards
- Monitoring hotel Key Performance Indicators
- Assisting Associates with cross training signing up where necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in related field
- Two (2) years experience in a similar position preferably in the hospitality/resort industry
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel and PowerPoint
