Training Coordinator (Kingston, Jamaica) - AC Hotels Marriott

AC Hotel Kingston is looking for a passionate and energetic candidate to fill the position of: Training Coordinator.

Summary:

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the incumbent conducts stand-up training to groups of employees and new hire orientation training including completing all new hire paperwork.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of New Associate orientation schedule and files
  • Conduct training sessions where necessary to ensure alignment to Marriott and Corporate Standards
  • Monitoring hotel Key Performance Indicators
  • Assisting Associates with cross training signing up where necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in related field
  • Two (2) years experience in a similar position preferably in the hospitality/resort industry
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel and PowerPoint
