 The Courtleigh Hospitality Group invites applications for the following positions:

1. Food & Beverage Supervisors
2. Night Auditors
3. Front Desk Agents
4. Electricians

6. Servers
7. Stewards

Food & Beverage Supervisors

Applicants should have:

• A degree a in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis on Food & Beverage Service or equivalent qualifications
• Proven ability to offer hands on training while leading, supervising, motivating and building a strong team
• Sound food and beverage background to include planning, co-ordinating and executing banquets and other events
• Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Front Desk Agents

Ideal candidate:

• Have a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management
• Should possess a pleasant and vibrant personality with excellent people skills
• Should have at least one (1) year experience in customer service
• Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Night Auditor

Applicants should:

• Have experience in Night Audit/Front Desk with proven knowledge of the hotel industry
• Be a team player and self-starter and able to work independently
• Accounting background is an asset
• Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Electricians 

Applicants should be:

• Graduate of a vocational institution with a certification in Electrical Installation
• Experienced in commercial installations
• Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Cooks

Applicants should:

• Be trained in culinary arts from a recognized institution
• Have at least three (3) years working experience
• Have a valid food handler's permit
• Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Servers

Applicants should:

• Be HEART certified with at least three (3) years experience
• Have a valid food handler's permit
• Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Stewards

Applicants should:

• Be a high school graduate
• Be able to do general cleaning
• Have a valid food handler's permit
• Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
