Training Manager
The ideal candidate will oversee the training department, ensuring that effective training programs are in place and maintained to ensure the achievement of desired business results.
The training manager will:
- Conduct training needs assessment,
- Design and develop training programmes
- Facilitate the delivery of training sessions to all management and staff levels
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years experience in a similar capacity in a hotel environment is desired
Bar Manager
The ideal candidate will plan, direct and oversee all bar operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency according to hotel standards.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least three (3) years experience in a similar capacity in a hotel environment is desired
