Food and Beverage Manager 

This individual would be responsible for ensuring that Food and Beverage outlets function efficiently and effectively, delivering first-class service to guests.  In addition to a proven track record in a similar capacity, the Food and Beverage Manager must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, coach, train and motivate employees. Candidate must have at least a degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; five (5) years experience in a 4/5-star hotel in a similar capacity.

Housekeeping Manager 

This astute professional would be responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of the Housekeeping department. S/he must operate strategically to ensure proper budget and inventory control and in planning and organizing work assignments to achieve cleanliness and a high level of guest satisfaction. The candidate must possess a degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Tourism Management, or related major; five (5) years experience in a 4/5-star hotel in a similar capacity.

Food and Beverage Manager (Portmore, Jamaica)

Large Portmore based restaurant requires the full time services of a FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a professional F and B Manager to be responsible for managing all F and B operations and for delivering excellent customer experience. The successful candidate must be able to forecast, plan and manage all F and B inventory, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through strong inventory management and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to highest standards
• Leading F and B team by recruiting, training and appraising personnel
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customer needs and respond pro-actively to all of their concerns
• Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Be able to work both day and late night shifts
• Report to management on a monthly basis regarding sales results and productivity

Requirements:

• Proven F and B management experience
• Working knowledge of various POS and computer systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Culinary school diploma and or Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Service Management or related field
