EduCom Co-operative Credit Union Limited, is a member-centric and service oriented organization. The successful candidate will be accountable for the effective and efficient courier and delivery services in order that the Credit Union achieves its Mission, Vision and Major Targets.
Core Functions:
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Collect and deliver all mails and packages promptly
- Check and account for all log books at the close of business daily
- Obtain signatures for all documents/items delivered
- Collect, seal and stamp outgoing mail using postage metres and envelope sealers
- Visit the post office daily
Required Qualifications, Experience and Key competencies:
- Minimum of a secondary level school certificate
- Demonstrated comptence in reading, writing; English and effective communciation skills
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position, in a medium or large organization
- A valid motor cycle license
- Own and operate a reliable motor cycle and be willing to use same in the execution of their duties
- A valid police record
- Good cuatomer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onown initiative and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to organized, multitask, prioritize and workunder pressure
