HR & Administrative Clerk (Kingston, Jamaica) - D.O.S. 2009 Limited (Group of Companies)


 Overview:

D.O.S. 2009 Limited (Group of Companies), a dynamic company in the fast paced document and office solutions arena, is seeking an organized HR &Administrative Clerk to assist the HR & Administrative Officer with the organization of administrative duties and responsibilities in the Human Resources Department.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or certification in any other related area
  • Minimum of two (2) years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Must be proficient in Office 365
  • Must be able to work flexible hours

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

Human Resource Clerk (Kingston, Jamaica)

Operator of a well-known entertainment establishment in Kingston, is seeking to fill the following positions of Human Resource.
The Human Resource Clerk will facilitate new hires for the company. This will include compiling and maintaining employee records for company use, assisting with daily administrative operations concerning human resource and assisting each employee with human resource related issues.

The Human Resource Clerk will also assist in the recruiting process which involves sorting and filing of applications and resumes; contacting prospective applicants for interviews; issuing entrance tests and application forms; conducting reference checks; collecting required documents, and all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have at least three (3) years experience in similar capacity
  • Have good work ethic
  • Be a great team player and people person
  • Be organized, efficient and able to multi-task
  • Have excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Possess a school leaving certificate with at least five (5) CSEC subjects including English and Math

  • One (1) recent passport sized photograph
  • Two (2) references (J.P. and police officer of gazzetted rank) 
  • Job letter from previous employer
