Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain consistent food quality and taste in all prepared dishes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in monitoring kitchen inventory and communicating shortages.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
- Support and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a cook in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Fetch supplies and assist cooks during meal preparation.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with dish washing and waste management as needed.
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
