- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a meat department
- Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Ability to identify and prepare various meat cuts
- Ability to break down various carcasses
- Ability to wrap cuts attractively for sale
- Customer service oriented
- Team oriented
- Possess a current food handlers' permit
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Able to work on shifts, holidays and weekends (when assigned)
