Meat Room Supervisor (Kingston, Jamaica)

 A dynamic organization seeks to fill the position of a Meat Room Supervisor who possesses the following qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a meat department
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience
• Ability to identify and prepare various meat cuts
• Ability to break down various carcasses
• Ability to wrap cuts attractively for sale
• Customer service oriented
• Team oriented
• Possess a current food handlers' permit
• Excellent command of the English Language
• Able to work on shifts, holidays and weekends (when assigned)
