Receptionist/Front Desk Office Administrator (Montego Bay, Jamaica)

Receptionist/Front Desk Office Administrator needed in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Responsibilities include:
  • General administrative duties
  • Managing client relations
  • Administrative support to staff and independent contractors

Ideal candidates should:
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have customer service  and interpersonal skills
  • Be computer literate with experience in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience handling office equipment i.e. copier, scanner, fax machin, etc.
  • Two to three (2 - 3) years experience in similar position
