- General administrative duties
- Managing client relations
- Administrative support to staff and independent contractors
Ideal candidates should:
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have customer service and interpersonal skills
- Be computer literate with experience in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience handling office equipment i.e. copier, scanner, fax machin, etc.
- Two to three (2 - 3) years experience in similar position
