Where: 14 North Parade, Down Town, Kingston
Attendees are to take along copies of their cover letter, resume, TRN, NIS, ID and two (2) passport size photographs.

- Minimum of three (3) CXC subjects
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Chefs
- Minimum NVQ-J level II certification in Food Preparation from HEART Trust/NTA or a recognised institution
