We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Purchasing Team as Purfchasing Clerk. The successful candidate should be flexible; be able to work on own initiative and be able to meet deadlines stipulated by the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers and internal customers to meet all purchasing requirements
- Assist in identifying suitable suppliers to meet company needs
- Data entry in Microsoft Excel
- Filing and records management
Education and Experience:
- Five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects including English and Mathematics/Accounts; Information Technology will be a distinct advantage
- A minimum of two (2) years clerical experience
- Experience in a purchasing role is a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite application especailly Excel
