You will be working for a leading bank on the Island who pride themselves in providing first class service to their customers.
Who will be working with me?
As a Customer Service Representative you will be working as part of a team as well as with customers on a one to one basis. You will follow guidance from senior staff and supervisors as well as providing guidance to younger team members.
How will I make a difference?
As part of the front line team you will be the face of the branch as customers will be met by you for their daily banking needs, and so you will need to bring your positivity and passion for customer service to work with you everyday! Your attention to detail and ability to multi task will mean a great service to the bank's customers.

What do I need?
- You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who ideally has previous banking experience.
- You will have a proactive approach to daily tasks and be able to operate your tasks with minimum errors,
- Be dedicated to your work and always a strong team player ready to tackle the needs of customers!
