Required Skills:
Administrative Assistant
The successful candidate is expected to perform secretarial and administrative support functions at a consistently high standard.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Have a diploma in Secretarial Studies
- Obtain the Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) designation
- Minimum of five (5) CXC or GCE subjects, inclusive of English Language
- At least five (5) years experience in a similar position
Required Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- A team player with strong leadership skills
