A reputable security organization based in Kingston requires a suitably qualified person for the position of:

Administrative Assistant
The successful candidate is expected to perform secretarial and administrative support functions at a consistently high standard. 

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Have a diploma in Secretarial Studies
  • Obtain the Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) designation
  • Minimum of five (5) CXC or GCE subjects, inclusive of English Language
  • At least five (5) years experience in a similar position

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • A team player with strong leadership skills
