Visual Merchandiser
The ideal candidate will have responsibility for:
- Designing and executing in store merchandise displays
- Maintenance of displays, signage, point of sale material
- Supervising the ticketing of products regularly to maximize sales
- Maintaining store interior appearance
- Ensuring all current promotions and offers with related paraphernalia are attractively and prominently displayed in accordance with company standards
- coaching and developing team members in store merchandising standards
Qualifications and Key Competencies include:
- Degree in Visual Merchandising/Fine Arts or Graphic Design
- Business Administration, Inventory Management, Retail Management with proven experience in Visual Merchandising
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in visual merchandising
- Warehousing experience and knowledge of inventory control
- Knowledge of basic interior design, fashion styles and trends
- Knowledge of space planning
- Good computer and office software skills including Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
