Customer Service Representative (Kingston, Jamaica) - Jamaica Hospital Supplies


Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Five (5) CXC subjects inclusive of English and Mathematics or Accounts
  • Certificate in Customer Service or Business
  • Two (2) years customer service/receptionist experience
  • Innovative and have sound knowledge of selling techniques, principles and practices
  • Customer focused with excellent (oral and written), communication, interpersonal, organising and negotiating skills
  • Strong customer service skills, telephone techniques, time management, and uses initiative well


Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that impeccable customer service practices are maintained at all times while meeting and surpassing customer expectation
  • Balancing off daily cash sales
  • Maintaining inventory of products in the showroom
  • Maintaining clean glass showcase at all times
  • Ensuring the showroom is organized, stocked and clean at all times
  • Obtaining feedback from customers regarding their experience
