About the Role:
As a Scullion, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. You’ll assist with cleaning dishes, utensils, and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient environment for our chefs and staff.Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware.
- Clean and maintain kitchen work areas, floors, and equipment.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling according to hygiene regulations.
- Assist with unpacking and storing deliveries as needed.
- Support the kitchen team with basic tasks when required.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle a physically demanding role.
- Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting (preferred but not required).
