Position Requirements:

Luxury Villa Property Foreman & Maintenance Technician

• Oversee and maintain the property, ensuring all systems and services are in top condition.
• Lead maintenance efforts and ensure the villa runs smoothly at all times.

Butler

• Deliver personalized, high-end service, catering to the needs of our distinguished guests and ensuring an unforgettable villa experience.

Bookkeeper/Administrator

• Manage financial operations, administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the villa's business functions.

Bartender

• Craft exquisite cocktails, manage the bar, and provide excellent service to guests in a luxurious and relaxed setting.

Houseman/Housekeeper

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the villa, assisting with room preparation, laundry, and general housekeeping duties to ensure the villa is always pristine for our guests.

Housekeeping Manager

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and organization of all guest rooms and public areas, adhering to our 5-star standards.

HR Coordinator

• Support the HR department with employee engagement, payroll coordination, recruitment, and other essential HR functions to ensure smooth operations.

Restaurant Server

• Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service.
