Accountant

Suitably qualified persons are invited to apply for the following positions within our organization:

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Entry of all data into the accounting system
• Preparing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
• Prepare and file returns including but not limited to, payroll, property and income tax
• Assist with the analysis of business operations, trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments, to project future cash flows of the business
• Assist in developing budgets, in addition to preparing and analysing variance reports
• Preparing bank reconciliations and audit schedules

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline
• Completed ACCA level 2
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar capacity

Accounting Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Tenant invoice preparation, collections and recording of receipts
• Reviewing Accounts Receivable age analysis and pursuing outstanding amounts
• Monitoring customer account for any irregularities, performing account reconciliations and resolving customer queries
• Preparation of audit schedules and maintenance of tenant files

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Bankina Finance
• Pursuing /completed ACCA level 1
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar capacity
