Scullion (Montego Bay, Jamaica) - Chukka Caribbean

About the Role:

As a Scullion, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. You’ll assist with cleaning dishes, utensils, and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient environment for our chefs and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Clean and maintain kitchen work areas, floors, and equipment.
• Dispose of waste and manage recycling according to hygiene regulations.
• Assist with unpacking and storing deliveries as needed.
• Support the kitchen team with basic tasks when required.
