Summary
In this role the Account Representative's key function would be to support the Senior Account Executive within the assigned territory throughout the sales cycle and assists in the building and maintenance of client relationships in the achievement of territory targets.

In this role the Account Representative's key function would be to support the Senior Account Executive within the assigned territory throughout the sales cycle and assists in the building and maintenance of client relationships in the achievement of territory targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the timely and accurate preparation of proposals, tenders, presentations and general correspondence to customers
- Supports building and maintenance of relationships with new and existing customers in assigned territory through open and interactive communications, which includes routine visits with Senior Account Executive
- Supports Senior Account Executive in achievement of financial sales targets
- Maintains territory accounts through routine check-ins, identifies, assesses and responds to customers needs (including supplies and maintenance) to satisfy customers
- Resolves customer issues utilizing the company's customer recovery framework
- Identify new business opportunities
- Ensures daily and accurate updates of customer data and account activity in company's CRM
- Provides support to existing customers in absence of Senior Account Executive
- Generates routine and ad-hoc reports as required, e.g. weekly sales and activity reports
- Maintains technical certifications as required
- Attends department and other meetings when required
- Coordinates with internal teams to assist with solutions implementation and orders fulfillment
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Associate Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other related discipline; or any related combination of qualifications and experience
- Minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE O'Level passes including Mathematics and English (I and II)
- Minimum of two(2) years of sales/sales support role
- Experience in CRM software will be an asset
- Knowledge and/or experience in the implementations of IT solutions will be an asset
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-oriented and target-driven
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Excellent planning,organizing and time management skills
- Conflict resolution and creative problem solving skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise commensurate levels of initiative and judgement
- Ability to remain calm when attending to unpleasant customers and complaints
- Attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license and a working vehicle in good condition
