Driver/Courier (Kingston, Jamaica)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of: DRIVER/COURIER in Facilities Department. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for driving the Mobile Health Care Unit to predetermined sites
2. Conduct site visits to determine suitable access and operation for the unit
3. Secure and monitor all items and equipment in the unit
4. Assisting medical personnel and staff, as necessary

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Holder of a valid Open General Driver's License
• At least five (5) years experience drivingtrailers and similar vehciles
• Must have good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skil;ls

Special conditions associated with the job:

• Required to travel islandwide
• Required to work on wekends and public holidays, as necessary
