Food and Beverage Production Manager - Progressive Grocers of Jamaica (Jamaica)

A leading retail chain of supermarkets seeks to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager.

Job Requirements and Experience:

• Knowledge in food safety
• Excellent customer service 
• Food and recipe knowledge
• Computer literate
• At least five (5) years proven food and beverage management experience
• A BSc degree in Food Service Management or related field
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Will be required to:
• Lead bakery and deli team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on sales results and productivity
• Flexible hours as in be able to work late in the evening and on weekends
