Sales Representative (Kingston & St. Andrew, St. Catherine, etc) Jamaica

A well-established manufacturing/distribution company invites application from suitably qualified and self-motivated persons to fill the following position:

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability objectives established by the company. Maximum concentration will be on candidates for the following parishes:
  • Kingston and St. Andrew and St. Catherine
  • St. Ann and Trelawny
  • Mandeville and Clarendon
Each incumbent should have the following minimum requirements:
  • Atleast a diploma in Sales Management
  • Three (3) years experience in a similar capacity
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Must possess a valid food handler's permit
  • Must be in possession of a reliable motor vehicle


Key Competencies:
  • Sound and persuasive selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving analysis and decision making skills
  • Results oriented with a proven track record
  • Must possess a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
