Job Specifications:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects to include Mathematics and English Language
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a sales and service environment with supervisory experience
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience with ACCPAC software applications
- Strong understanding of customer relations
Key Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and planning
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to demonstrate flexibility in undertaking new tasks
- Should be thorough and precise in work practices
- Be flexible and responsive to change e.g. working hours.
