- Must have five (5) CXCs to include Math and English
- Must be familiar with Kingston and St. Catherine parishes
- Must be able to drive trucks
- Must be able to work on his/her own initiative
- Must have at least three (3) years driving experience
- Must have the requisite license to drive trucks with minimum laden weight of 7000 kg
