In-House Debt Collector (May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica)

International call center in May Pen, Clarendon is seeking to hire an experienced In-House Debt Collector.

Requirements:

• Proven successful track record in debt collection
• Intermediate skills using MS Office and QuickBooks
• Demonstrate skill in negotiating and resolving conflicts
• Ability to speak persuasively and listen critically
• Ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines
• Prioritize multiple tasks to ensure the successful completion of each debt collection attempt
• Call center experience preferred
• Associate degree or diploma in Business Studies
