Margaritaville  is seeking a result-driven individual to fill the position of  Restaurant Manager at one of our locations.  Responsibilities to include the following:
- The overall operations of the Restaurant
 - Maintaining a high degree of guest and staff member satisfaction while completing day-to-day operations of venue.
 - Ensuring that all company standards, policies and procedures are adhered to on a daily basis.
 - Ensuring that the highest quality product reach our guests and meets venue specifications.
 - Assisting General Manager in all facets of operation to include financial, forecasting, recruiting, entertainment, sales and marketing.
 - Conducting meetings with staff at regular intervals.
 - Responsible for input on staff member evaluation as well as coaching, counseling and directing staff members.
 - Anticipating and recommending employment needs and informs GM/ Human Resources.
 - Assisting management in training new staff members within their department.
 - Ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to on a daily basis.
 - Demonstrating core values of company every shift.
 - Maintaining a high-level of knowledge regarding the company's products and happenings and the ability to communicate properly to guests.
 
Qualifications/Requirements
- Tertiary level training in Food & Beverage/Management
 - One to three years experience in a high volume F & B Environment in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Proven track record in this discipline
