Job Summary:
The Cook 3 is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with the hotel’s menu and food safety standards. The role requires proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. The Cook 3 supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, assisting in meal preparation, and ensuring food items are prepared and served to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to hotel standards.
- Ensure proper presentation and portion control.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Assist with inventory and food safety.
- Support senior kitchen staff and work collaboratively with the team.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent
- 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
- Strong basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen safety
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately
- Vaild Food Handlers
