Rooms Attendant

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• To clean occupied rooms. Update occupied dirty room status to occupied clean by dialing from room as each is completed
• To service all rooms assigned in the required time
• Report any maintenance problems, safety concerns or injuries to supervisor

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work experience as a cleaner, room attendant, or housekeeper, etc

Public Attendant

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Clean and maintain restaurants and banquet halls
• Sweep carpets, vacuum and polish elevators
• Empty ashtrays and urns

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in English
• Work experience as a cleaner, room attendant , or housekeeper, etc

Engineering Technician 

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Respond and attend to Curator's repair requests
• Communicate with Curators to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position, preferably in a hospitality environment

Laundry Supervisor 

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensure quality controls are in place and compliance is maintained with quality assurance standards for all linen processes
• Ensure laundry supplies are ordered and controlled and prepare productivity report
• Supervise and monitor the performance of the Laundry Attendants

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate degree in Tourism and Hospitality or General Management from an associate institution
• Certification in Supervisory Management from a recognized institution
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position, preferably in a hospitality environment
