Administrative Assistant (IIRQ)
The successful candidate is expected to perform secretarial and other duties for the Principal and to provide planning and administrative support, and coordinate the flow of communication and information for the Principal.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings: ensure that notices, agendas and other related documents are prepared and circulated to the relevant persons
- Maintains a variety of records, special projects and reports related to assigned activities connected to the Principal's various commitments
- Maintains schedule and coordinates calendar of activities
- Attends and participates in Special Meetings (such as CAP, City and Guilds, UCJ) and prepares minutes of meetings as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- A City and Guilds level 3 in Business Studies or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary level institution
- t least three (3) years work experience in a secretarial position or as capacity
