- A degree a in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis on Food & Beverage Service or equivalent qualifications
- Proven ability to offer hands on training while leading, supervising, motivating and building a strong team
- Sound food and beverage background to include planning, co-ordinating and executing banquets and other events
- Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Have a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Should possess a pleasant and vibrant personality with excellent people skills
- Should have at least one (1) year experience in customer service
- Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Have experience in Night Audit/Front Desk with proven knowledge of the hotel industry
- Be a team player and self-starter and able to work independently
- Accounting background is an asset
- Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Graduate of a vocational institution with a certification in Electrical Installation
- Experienced in commercial installations
- Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Be trained in culinary arts from a recognized institution
- Have at least three (3) years working experience
- Have a valid food handler's permit
- Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Be HEART certified with at least three (3) years experience
- Have a valid food handler's permit

- Be a high school graduate
- Be able to do general cleaning
