FRONT OF HOUSE AGENT

The “Front of House Department” is one of the first point of contact with members and guests, and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.

Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess:
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline.
  • Possess a good command of the English Language and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests both in person and via telephone.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Front Office Software.
  • Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Two (2) - three (3) years’ experience as a Front Desk or Concierge Agent at a four (4) star or five (5) diamond property.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings.

  • Three (3) years in a hotel of same category and size
  • Designs, coordinates and supervises the day and night entertainment program following the guidelines of the corporate program and according to the standards and Excellence brand attributes.

Responsibilities of Employee Relations Officer

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Fostering strong relationships between employees and ensuring fair treatment and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, ultimately enhancing productivity and organizational success by maintaining a harmonious and productive workforceEnsuring the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.

Education & Requirements
  • A Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Prior experience in employee relations or industrial relations.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years experience in Human Resources at a senior level
  • Knowledge of the Jamaican Labour Law
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Possess strong communication and great customer service skills & detail oriented
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills.
