Entertainment Manager (Trelawny, Jamaica) - Excellence Oyster Bay

Requirements:

• Three (3) years in a hotel of same category and size
• Designs, coordinates and supervises the day and night entertainment program following the guidelines of the corporate program and according to the standards and Excellence brand attributes.
• Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and entertaining environment for guests.
• Develops the processes related to the entertainment of guests focused on their satisfaction.
• He is directly responsible for the operation of his department.
• He oversees the distribution of duties of his department staff on a daily basis from according to previously scheduled activities.
• Carry out and follow up on the instructions of the general and corporate management.
• Inform promptly of the needs for replacement or purchase of equipment for the department to the general and corporate management.
• Participates in the operations committee meetings, informing the staff of its department of all the dispositions taken in said meetings.
• Responsible for controlling and coordinating established administrative procedures by the company.
• Human Resources (personnel management and control, payroll, expiration dates contracts, recruitment and selection processes), Administration (inventories, purchase orders, stationery requisitions, reports, budgets, etc.), Food and Beverages (Event orders (BEOS), special requests, etc.)
• Take frequent tours to monitor scheduled activities.
• Verify the operation of the facilities and work equipment.
• Help guests with any requirement, request or requirements specials.
• Provides information about Hotel services, promotions, activities during the day.
