 SUMMARY

The Night Auditor is responsible for the accounting of all daily sales activity and reporting of this data in accordance with the company’s Policies and Procedures.

The incoming Night Auditor will be expected to work a regular shift of 11 pm – 7 am once assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pastry production, ensuring the highest quality in preparation, presentation, and flavor. This role requires a creative professional with strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team, contributing to outstanding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Pastry Production Management:

  • Direct and supervise the production of all pastry and dessert items.
  • Ensure consistent preparation of innovative and creative pastries of the highest quality.
  • Collaborate on menu development with the Executive Chef and management team.

Inventory and Cost Control:
  • Establish systems to monitor the use of raw materials, ensuring efficient consumption.

Team Leadership and Development:

Restaurants Manager/Maitre D' (Hanover, Jamaica) - Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts

 

The primary goal of the Restaurants Manager/Maitre D' is to be responsible for the overall atmosphere of all the restaurant outlets (14); supervising and ensuring smooth running of the restaurants ensuring that excellent service quality is delivered and complete adherence to the hotel policy and standards.

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and delegate tasks to team members in order to ensure guests have a high quality dining experience
