The Tryall Club is seeking a lively, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Bartender to join our amazing team!

SENIOR BARTENDER
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- High School graduate
- Three (3) years experience as a bartender or in a similar role as listed above.
- Restaurant service experience
- Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish
- Certification in alcohol awareness program
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for restaurant clientele
- Good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of beverages, wines, and cocktails
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrate proper health and safety standards as mandated by Ministry of Health.
Duties & Responsibilities
ALL candidates should be able to be interviewed using one of the following mediums (Zoom Video Call)
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Mix ingredients according to standardized drink recipes.
- Prepare all condiments and garnishes.
- Wash glassware and utensils after each use.
- Pour wine and beer.
- Clean up after customers and clean work area.
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping.
- Monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies.
