As an Executive Housekeeper, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Coordinate with the front office and send room discrepancy lists.
  • Select, staff, recruit, hire, and train qualified housekeeping candidates.
  • Attends training seminars to perfect housekeeping techniques and procedures, and enhance supervisory skills.
  • Records data concerning work assignments, personnel actions, and staff evaluations, and prepares periodic reports.
  • Orient and familiarize new personnel with hotel facilities and operating hours.
  • Oversee any guest communications from housekeeping.

Requisitos (Requirements)
  • Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in a management capacity.
  • Two (2) years supervisory-level experience in all aspects of the Housekeeping department.
  • Hotel management diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Command of the English language.
  • Read and understand instructions, safety rules, etc.
  • Write reports with proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Division Head. He or she will complete a wide range of administrative tasks including assisting with special projects such as reports, collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists and making travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • College /University degree or equivalent experience

  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills

 As a Hotel Bartender, you are an integral part of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in our hotel bar. Your role involves crafting a variety of beverages, providing personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
  • Welcome hotel guests and patrons in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience.
Beverage Preparation:
  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
  • Create visually appealing cocktails with precision and consistency.
  • Ensure the quality of drinks by using fresh ingredients and following recipes.
Product Knowledge:
  • Familiarize yourself with the hotel's drink menu, daily specials, and promotions.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or upscale establishment.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

BILLING AGENT

The successful applicant will be responsible for updating accounting records with issued invoices, new payments and customer information. He/she will also assist the finance department with the preparation of financial reports.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:
  • Creating and issuing invoices.
  • Processing credit memos.
  • Preparing account statements.
  • Following up on outstanding payments and answering billing queries.
  • Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
  • Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
