  • Operating ware-washing equipment to clean china, silver and glassware and stacking clean utensils racks in an organised manner 
  • Washing, rinsing and sanitizing floors, decks, drains, scuppers, ceilings, walls, work tables, counters and shelves
  • Ensuring all kitchen and restaurant facilities and equipment are clean and in good working order
  • The ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school leaving certificate/diploma
  • Food handlers permit
