Salary: $887,418 - $1,054,861 per annum
Job Purpose:

To supervise the provision of general secretaries support services and related administrative duties to facilitate the smooth functioning of the Department.

  • Three (3) years related experience

Requirements:
  • Minimum of four (4) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English with accredited certification in Accounts or related field from a reputable institution
  • Have a minimum of one (1) year with payables
  • Have a firm command of the English Language, orally and in written form
  • Have excellent accounting and customer service skills
  • Be detail oriented and have an appreciation for accuracy
  • Possess judgement/problem solving skills
  • Be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
