We are seeking the following:


Dining Room Server
  • Responsible for ensuring ultimate guest satisfaction, following through full sequence of F and B service, intensive guest interaction and ensuring a professional and clean working environment 

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Valid Food Handler’s permit
  • Certificate in Food and Beverage preparation would be an asset
  • Police Record

Bartender
  • Have full knowledge of mixology and the use of all bar equipment, glassware and ingredients. 
  • Have an excellent command of guest service information and consistently practice excellent service with a friendly smile.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Two years’ experience bartending in a casual restaurant setting
  • Valid Food Handler’s permit
  • Certificate in Food & Beverage preparation would be an asset
  • Police Record

Steward

  • Ensures sufficient mise-en-place is available at all times to enable a smooth operation
  • Knowledgeable of all food and beverage offerings
  • Follows the dictates of the established waste management system, to include solid waste, wet waste and chemical waste
  • Assists with implementation and monitoring of the pest control management system
  • Observes all environmental regulations, especially chemical handling and disposal procedures;
  • Ensures the back of the house is constantly clean, uncluttered and conforms to safety standards;
  • Assists with the keeping of up-to-date records which include, but are not limited to, specifications, costs and breakage and par stock
Qualifications and Experience

  • Valid Food Handler’s permit
  • Certificate in Food and Beverage preparation would be an asset
  • Police Record
Stewarding Manager
  • Train, supervise and discipline Stewarding staff for the efficient operation of the department. Organize and conduct pre-shift/post-shift departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the staff;
  • Ensure opening & closing duties are assigned and completed during each shift;
  • Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of Stewarding;
  • Ensure sufficient mis-en-place is available at all times to enable a smooth operation. Order as necessary and permissible utilizing the checkbook system
Qualifications and Experience
  • Five years minimal management experience in a Stewarding operation and ability to maintain the highest level of standards.
  • Valid Food Handlers Permit
  • Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation would be an asset
  • Valid Police Record
Restaurant Supervisor
  • Train, supervise and discipline restaurant staff for the efficient operation of the outlet. Organize and conduct pre-shift/post-shift departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the staff;
  • Ensure opening and closing duties are assigned and completed during each shift;
  • Monitor schedules for the operation of the Restaurant;
  • Ensure that all Restaurant facilities and equipment are in good working order, clean and orderly.  If attention is needed, ensure that Restaurant Manager is made aware of any repairs that are required;
  • Ensure that all Restaurant opening and closing times are adhered to within the time frame designated to our guests. Dining Room opens fifteen (15) minutes prior to opening and closes Ten (10) minutes after closing time;
Qualifications and Experience
  • Two years experience in a related position
  • Valid Food Handler’s permit
  • Certificate in Food and Beverage preparation would be an asset
  • Valid Police Record

Inventory Clerk (Kingston, Jamaica) - Real Power Diesel Parts & Services Ltd.

Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including all aspects related to parts receiving and delivery, unloading and loading of goods in warehouse, ensuring the warehouse is always clean.

Mandatory

Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Receives parts deliveries
  • Schedules all inbound deliveries
  • Keep records, check the quantity and quality of items received 
  • Inspect and accept inbound deliveries
  • Accurate physical receiving of items in order to maintain the integrity of inventory
  • Communicate and coordinates with appropriate suppliers for products returns
  • Warranty reports sent to suppliers
  • Properly input items received into computer system and forward proper documentations
  • Assists in keeping inventory department and warehouse clean and orderly
  • Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager
Desired Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Stand, walk a minimum of 7 hours a day
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Pack off goods and upload to warehouse
  • Identify damaged, loss or surplus goods and materials stored in warehouse
  • Stock merchandise on rack and shelf items to the warehouse 
  • Preferred male applicants
  • Forklift license preferred
