Clerical Assistant - Contract (St. Ann, Jamaica) - Brown's Town Community College

The successful candidate is desired to assume duties effective January 2019.
Summary of responsibilities:

The incumbent will be required to have:
  • Three years prior work experience in an office environment
  • Be competent in the following:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Sound knowledge and application of Information Technology and/or Database entry
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Qualifications:
  • Five (5) CSEC or equivalent subjects including Mathematics, English Lnaguage, Office Administration and Information Technology
  • Professional Certification in Business Administration and/or Secretarial Studies
Required:
  • Verifiable experience in performing associated duties
