Customer Service Representative (Kingston, Jamaica) - Sun Island Jamaica

A fast paced leisure wear company is seeking a keen and mature individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing routine customer orders, respond to inquiries and/or complaints and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.

Job Summary

The scope of duties include but are not limited to:

• Answers all incoming queries regarding quotes, pricing and product availability
• Records, enters and processes customer orders
• Tracks customer orders and communicates any challenges and changes with the customer and production team

• Team oriented and enjoys collaborating with persons internal and external to the organisation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Tertiary/professional qualifications in the areas of Business Administration, Management Studies or a related field
