Inventory & Accounting Officer (Kingston, Jamaica) - Pastry Passions

Summary of Position:
 Accounting Officer:

• Maintenance of accounting records and financial management reporting

Inventory Officer

• Responsible for the inventory management of all items (raw materials, work in progress, finished goods) within the centralized production facility and retail outlets
• Enforce internal control procedures
• Conduct weekly inventory counts at centralised production facility and retail outlet(s)
• Prepare inventory reports for management meetings and include valuation in financial statements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Science degree, accounting preferred
• Possess strong verbal and written communications skills; demonstrated ability to organize  vast amounts of data
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task several priorities and possess solid time management skills
• Competency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite applications, especially Excel
• Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, preferred but not required
• Possess excellent Math skills
• Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to follow-through consistently
