Legal Clerical Assistant is needed for a small legal office in Kingston.
Ideal candidate should possess a range of knowledge of the legal environment, general workings of the courthouse, various registries and other relevant governmental agencies.

Ideal candidate should possess a range of knowledge of the legal environment, general workings of the courthouse, various registries and other relevant governmental agencies.
Primary Duties:
- Providing support for attorneys and general operations of the firm
- Handling all administrative matters for the Office
- Drafting/preparing legal documents
- Maintaining Counsel's diary and schedules appointments as required
- Attendance at Court/Government offices for filing of documents
What must you have?
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Management Studies/Business Administration
- Paralegal certification would be an asset
- At least two (2) years experience working in a secretarial capacity
- Experience/knowledge of real estate business would be a definite PLUS
Critical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Critical thinking
- Creativity and innovation
- Strong oral and written skills
