The Loss and Prevention Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the physical protection and security of property and assets, and the safety of all Members, Guests and Employees.
Job Summary:
The Tryall Club is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Loss Prevention and Safety Manager to lead its security, safety, and loss prevention operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the physical safety of all Members, Guests, Employees, and property assets. This includes oversight of security services, fire safety systems, accident and crime prevention measures, contractor and vendor compliance, and disaster preparedness programs.
The role demands a proactive leader with extensive experience in emergency response, safety audits, incident investigations, and risk management. Job Summary
The Thai Chef is responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of authentic Thai dishes that meet the high culinary standards of The Tryall Club. This role requires expert knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients, cooking techniques, and plating. The ideal candidate will also assist with private dining, special events, and collaborate closely with the culinary team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Thai section, ensuring consistency and high quality

- Follow our recipes and cooking procedures to the spec. Our food should look and taste the same every day, regardless of who is cooking.
- Demonstrate all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Inform a manager or supervisor if at anytime a product is of less quality than our standards. Do not throw anything away without informing a supervisor. Always record any lost product on a waste sheet.
- Rotate the product correctly so that the oldest product is used first, to minimize waste. Remember food cost and waste is everybody's responsibility.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our hotel’s maintenance team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining various wooden structures and fixtures throughout the hotel to ensure a safe, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and maintenance of doors, windows, furniture, flooring, paneling, partitions, and other wooden fixtures.
- Install and assemble cabinetry, shelves, countertops, and other woodwork as needed.
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine measurements and materials.
