Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking (e.g., peeling, chopping, marinating).
• Clean and sanitize kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Assist with food storage, labeling, and inventory management.

Summary:

The Storeroom assistant is responsible for all goods and services related to the company stored within the Storeroom. • Monitor par levels for all food items to ensure proper levels at ALL times
• Ensure storage of both food and beverage and operational stock as guided by MoH standards
• Day to day checks of the Storeroom for proper hygiene and full compliance is mandatory
• Assist with supplier delivery and ensure that all goods supplied are as per agreed order/purchase and all matches the delivery note
• Be able to identify and refuse faulty and substandard goods
